1. Scope of the Journal

We publish original research articles, review papers, case studies, short communications, and policy analyses within the field of our stated aims and scope. Submissions should present novel contributions and should not have been published or under consideration elsewhere.

2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

• Original Research Articles (4,000–8,000 words)
• Review Articles (up to 10,000 words)
• Short Communications/Brief Reports (1,500–3,000 words)
• Case Studies and Practice Papers
• Editorials and Perspectives (by invitation)

3. Preparation of Manuscripts

General Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word or LaTeX, double-spaced, with 12-point Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins on all sides.

Title Page: Include a concise and informative title, the full names of all authors, their affiliations, ORCID IDs, and the corresponding author’s email address.

Abstract: Provide a structured abstract (150–250 words) summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Include up to 5 keywords.

Main Text: Organize your manuscript into clearly defined sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

References: Follow APA (7th edition) or another specified style. Ensure all references are accurate and complete.

Tables and Figures: Number consecutively, provide descriptive captions, and submit high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum).

4. Ethical Considerations

Authors must adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Studies involving human or animal subjects must include an ethics approval statement. All sources of funding and potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed. See our Publication Ethics page for more details.

5. Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via our online submission system or through the journal’s designated email. During submission, authors must provide:

• Completed manuscript file
• Cover letter stating the novelty and relevance of the work
• Declarations of interest and funding sources
• Supplementary files (if any)

6. Peer-Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers’ comments. The editorial board makes the final decision on acceptance or rejection.

7. Open Access and Licensing

Ethan Publications operates an open-access policy. All published articles are freely available online. Authors retain copyright and license their work under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license unless stated otherwise.
