2. Review Model

We operate a double-blind peer review process: the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other throughout the review cycle to minimize bias and promote objectivity.

3. Reviewer Selection

Reviewers are selected based on their subject expertise, scholarly track record, and experience. We aim for at least two independent reviewers per manuscript. Editors may also consult statistical or methodological reviewers where appropriate.

4. Reviewer Responsibilities

• Provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of all manuscript materials and data.
• Disclose any conflicts of interest before accepting a review invitation.
• Refrain from using any content of the manuscript for personal or professional gain.
• Support the editor with clear recommendations (accept, revise, reject).

5. Author Responsibilities

Authors should submit original, well-prepared manuscripts and respond promptly and thoroughly to reviewer comments. All revisions must be accompanied by a detailed response letter outlining changes made.

6. Editorial Decisions

The final decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) rests with the editorial board. Editors may request additional reviews if necessary. All decisions are communicated to authors with justifications and reviewer comments.

7. Confidentiality & Ethics

The peer review process follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Any suspected ethical breach (plagiarism, data fabrication, undisclosed conflicts of interest) will be investigated and may result in rejection, retraction, or further action.

8. Reviewer Recognition

We value the contributions of our reviewers. With their consent, we may publicly acknowledge outstanding reviewers annually or issue certificates of recognition.
