Abstract

This study empirically examines the effect of labour turnover on organizational performance, focusing on dismissal, job security, and redeployment. Primary data were collected using questionnaires, and analysis was conducted using simple regression techniques. Findings indicate that dismissal has a negative and significant effect on organizational performance, while both job security and redeployment have positive and significant effects. The results highlight the importance of effective human resource strategies in managing labour turnover to enhance organizational outcomes. Based on these findings, it is recommended that organizations develop comprehensive staff remuneration and retention strategies to foster positive labour turnover and improve overall performance.
