Abstract

<p><em>Present communication describes a case of a young female patient suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis associated with delayed diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of lung. Timely diagnosis requires a high index of suspicion and knowledge of the spectrum of clinical and radiologic features. This case report emphasizes the importance of diagnostic evaluation like thoracic computed tomography scan (CT) and CT guided fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) which if used without much delay, may lead to accurate diagnosis of the fatal disease without undue delay</em></p>
