Abstract
<p>Gas wells play a critical role in the extraction and transportation of natural gas, making the integrity of these wells imperative for safe and efficient operations. The structural integrity of a gas well not only ensures the robustness of the wellbore structure but also safeguards against potential hazards such as gas reservoir loss and blowouts. With the ever-increasing demand for natural gas, ensuring the integrity of gas wells has garnered significant attention from researchers worldwide. This paper provides an overview of the current state of research on gas well integrity, highlighting its importance and discussing recent advancements in the field.</p>
