Abstract

Anhui Province, situated in the central region of China, has undertaken significant initiatives in recent years towards the establishment of the "three regions and one region" framework. This strategic endeavor entails the construction of an essential strategic pivot for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, the emergence of a new frontier for inland opening up, the establishment of a model zone for ecological civilization construction, and the creation of a showcase area for industrial innovation and development. This comprehensive strategy not only aims to propel Anhui's economic growth towards high-quality outcomes but also seeks to foster novel catalysts for social innovation. Within this landscape, entrepreneurship emerges as a pivotal force for driving social and economic progress, necessitating concerted efforts to stimulate and safeguard its vitality.
