The rapid development of intelligent education and the digital transformation of education have reshaped the landscape of modern learning. This transformation, exemplified by the implementation of smart classrooms, has become a focal point in advancing education in the digital age. The Ministry of Education's strategic initiatives for 2022 emphasize the exploration and construction of smart classrooms in primary and secondary schools, highlighting the importance of deep learning for students' educational experiences. Deep learning is recognized as a key element in realizing the potential of smart classrooms, yet its integration and design within this context have received limited attention. This study aims to address this gap by focusing on the design of learning activities that promote deep learning in smart classrooms. By analyzing the pathways to deep learning acquisition and exploring strategies to enhance students' engagement and participation, this research contributes valuable insights to the development of essential competencies for students in the digital era.
