Abstract

Multicultural organizations bring together diverse cultures from across the world, making the management of communication challenges a complex task. Effective communication in such organizations functions like a neural network: a breakdown in communication can disrupt the entire system. Communication serves as a vital tool for exchanging information, building trust, and maintaining constructive relationships in multicultural teams. This paper reviews literature on the concept of multicultural organizations, explores opportunities for communication in culturally diverse settings, examines the dimensions of communication within these organizations, highlights potential challenges, and proposes strategies for managing communication effectively in multicultural contexts
