Abstract

This research delves into the profound concept of Ujamaa, rooted in the essence of traditional African family life, where individuals coexist, collaborate, and cooperate in navigating life's challenges. Central to Ujamaa's movement is the establishment of villages in rural landscapes, while simultaneously implementing nationalization and reform initiatives in urban areas.
